Returns & refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s off, you have 7 days from delivery to start a return — no questions, just a short conversation.
How returns work

Reach out within 7 days
Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a short reason. Photos help us resolve faster.

We arrange pickup
For Kathmandu Valley we arrange pickup. For other cities, ship the product back via your nearest courier — keep the original packaging.

Inspection
We inspect the item within 2 working days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
- — 04
Refund or exchange
Refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Or choose an exchange — pay only the price difference.
Refunds clear in 5–7 working daysafter our inspection. We’ll email you when they go through.
What can’t be returned
- Products marked “Final sale” at checkout
- Items with signs of use (damage from dropping, spills, or visible wear from regular use)
- Products with missing accessories or packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Damaged on arrival?
Reach out within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace it at no cost.
