For Kathmandu Valley we arrange pickup. For other cities, ship the product back via your nearest courier — keep the original packaging.
We inspect the item within 2 working days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
Since orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are arranged with you on WhatsApp — by bank transfer or store credit — within 5–7 working days. Or choose an exchange and pay only the price difference.
Refunds clear in 5–7 working daysafter our inspection. We’ll confirm the bank transfer or store credit with you on WhatsApp.
Reach out within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace it at no cost.
